Keith Graham |
Keith Graham began taking drum lessons at his grandparent's music store at age 9. When he was 16, Keith began playing in a local band called Ahbazoo, that went on to play the same Pasadena club circuit that Van Halen had dominated years earlier. |
Shime had previously been working out arrangements with super-drummer Mike Terrana. Once Mike went on the road with Yngwie, Shime spent endless months trying to find a drummer with a similar mindset - someone capable of that same "double bass extravaganza". Keith's high energy, and ability to "feel out a song", brought him to the band's attention in the summer of '96. |
Since then, Keith's balance of heavy hitting and sensitivity have enabled the band to take the music to new heights. Keith still gives drum lessons in a rural part of Pasadena, where he lives with his wife Susan, their two children, their two dogs and their horse. |
